Aquarela Bela Vista

Aquarela Bela Vista is our first Viva!Smart smart building being developed in partnership with leading construction company, InLoop. The project will feature more than 30 smart solutions and is very well located in the heart of São Paulo.

Combining contemporary design with a wide range of integrated services, the smart building has five commercial units and 240 compact apartments which feature social and digital innovation smart solutions for a dynamic, connected and participative lifestyle.

The central position of the Viva!Smart Aquarela Bela Vista neighbourhood is close to all the amenities of the metropolis. Everything residents need can be found just a few metres away, making it a practical home for a superior quality of life.
