Sustainable and collaborative living for improving lives in one of the fastest-growing regions of Brazil
Designed to host 16,000 residents, Smart City Natal is under construction in São Gonçalo do Amarante in Rio Grande do Norte, Northeast Brazil, just eight kilometres from Governador Aluízio Alves International Airport and 20 kilometres from the capital, Natal.
Besides the strategic location near services and jobs, residents will also live close by to some of the most beautiful beaches in the state, such as Genipabu, Pipa, and São Miguel do Gostoso.
There will be 700 houses within the smart city, as well as residential land plots and commercial units ranging from 200 to 755 square metres in size.

We are integrating over 50 smart solutions to encourage a sharing economy and new way of community living
Smart solutions include smart lighting and home automation systems, a bike-sharing scheme, and shared social spaces such as a library and cinema. All these services and solutions are supported by the Planet App.
Natal’s Community Manager, Jaqueline Rabello, is a certified behavioural analyst and psychologist specialising in people management and business consultancy. She develops social activities and provides free training as part of the Ela Pode programme – an initiative supported by Google which offers communication, leadership, negotiation, finance, networking, personal branding and digital tools to women in situations of socio-economic vulnerability.

Smart City Natal is a partnership with city planning company, Habitax, who operate in the states of Rio Grande do Norte, Paraíba and Pernambuco
The smart city is scheduled for completion in 2022. Houses and land plots are now available for purchase on our Brazilian website.
