Integrated townships supported by robust infrastructure are witnessing increasing demand across major cities in India

We have partnered with Kolte-Patil Developers Ltd on an advisory project to transform and redefine community living in India.

Our first advisory project in the country is set to bring smart solutions and social innovations to the iconic Life Republic township. There are currently over 5,000 homes in the township and around 15,000 still to be delivered. The development spans 390 acres along the Mumbai-Pune highway in the Hinjewadi region of Pune.

Already home to 10,000 residents, the project has an additional area of over four million square feet of pre-approved development potential and is expected to house another 15,000 residents within three to five years and up to 80,000 once complete.

Smart solutions will be implemented across the entire township to benefit the whole community

We are rolling out the Planet App across the entire Life Republic community, offering them digital services and social innovation programmes.

We have designed a new ‘Gate’ feature specifically for India which will enable residents to invite friends, parents, maintenance staff, couriers and taxis into their residence. Through the app, inhabitants can communicate with the gatekeeper, who receives notifications when guests arrive.

Our expertise positions us to meet the needs of burgeoning city populations and their expectation of smarter services

We will be upgrading the township infrastructure with IoT-based smart solutions such as an intelligent lighting system, smart water management, an optimised irrigation system and air quality monitoring system.
